It is recommended as an important source of calcium and silicon to counteract the lack of these minerals and in particular to revitalize damaged hair and exfoliating nails, without natural luster. Vitamin D3 promotes fixation in the organism of the two minerals.

Ingredients

Powder derived from natural coral, stabilized orthosilicic acid and vitamin D3 (100,000 IU / g).

Administer

The recommended daily intake is 1-2 capsules, before meal, with a glass of water or fruit juice. We recommend two cures of three months twice a year.
