LUPUS

Lupus is a disease of the immune system and a medical term that refers to ulcers with slow progression. It is, in fact, cutaneous tuberculosis, which is associated with a small-size (like a pea) tubercule with a transparent and gelatinous yellowish content. It occurs most commonly on the nose and the nasal, oral or pharyngeal mucous membrane. The incidence of lupus in women is ten times higher than in men.
It is an autoimmune disease with chronic evolution, in episodes as a result of an inflammation of the conjunctive tissue. It has multiple visceral locations, such as renal, cardiac, nervous or pleuropulmonary. A form of this disease, the disseminated lupus erythematosus (DLE) has a severe prognosis, which can be alleviated by using corticoids and immunosuppressant agents.

DISLOCATIONS AND LIGAMENT LESIONS

Ligaments can be pulled or torn by bad or sudden movements. This occurs most commonly in the case of the ankle ligaments. After the first traumatism, these ligaments are pulled and, unfortunately, the same type of accident can occur more easily due to the fact that the joint is unstable.
When massaged into the affected area, the BALM WITH COMFREY EXTRACT (BALSAM CU EXTRACT DE TĂTĂNEASĂ) can help to treat sprains, tendon inflammation, wounds and re-absorption of hematomas. The joint should be immobilized for a couple of days. Gently massage the affected area using this balm.
